CD3WD is a project started by Alex Weir to help improve the infrastructure of third-world nations by giving them first-world technology and information for free.

Everything from agriculture to technology is addressed in its roughly 4 DVD-Rs (13.3 GB) worth of archived information. The data is available online in a mix of text and PDF formats – it is also available to download in its entirety from the torrent below.

This is a great information resource for third-world countries and would be great to keep in your tool chest for use in the event of TEOTWAWKI. Think of it as a repository of some of the most useful human knowledge and technology.

The project is looking for volunteers to add content to areas which are lacking information.

CD3WD - Helping the 3rd World to help itself

http://www.cd3wd.com/CD3WD/

This collection of 4000+ documents on most subjects
that you can think of. The documents are in HTML
and PDF mostly.
This is perhaps not the most well sorted thing but,
it's a must for a survialist or developer in a 3rd
World contry.
---------------------------------------------------
Before downloading you can look on the content live on the page
of the project http://www.cd3wd.com/CD3WD/index.htm .

Download is possible from this page, and before the torrent get's
a lot of seeds it might be faster. but the webpage has limited
capasity so use torrent if possible.
